Ghost rid-off Column 杂质捕集小柱可以有效吸附去除系统中的极性较弱的杂质，从而防止系统中的杂质峰对目标峰的干扰。其安装在梯度混合器和进样器之间，不仅能够去除流动相中的杂质，还可以有效去除管路和混合器中的杂质。

鬼峰描述

色谱分离过程中，特别是在梯度洗脱或者仪器使用时间过久容易产生时有时无的色谱峰，我们俗称鬼峰（Ghost peak）。

鬼峰的来源

水有很多途径带来杂质净化系统本身存储容器引入和放置时间太长导致细菌生长各种流动相添加剂，盐，酸，碱 仪器系统时间较久已不再纯净等一系列的有机污染物。

鬼峰的危害

1、污染仪器

2、对样品成分误判断

3、与目标峰重叠，影响分离度

4、增加工作量要做更多的验证工作去判定这个物质是否是目标物质

工作原理

市场上多款仪器上都有在线过滤装置，主要是针对固体颗粒物的拦截，但是对引起鬼峰的有机污染物却不能起到拦截效果。我司经过精心研发，研制出一款对弱极性和非极性的有机杂质有强烈吸附，而不改变流动相成分（不含有离子对试剂）的填料，对仪器和流动相进行二次净化，有效的消除这类污染物，减少鬼峰出现的几率，延长色谱柱和仪器的寿命。

安装使用

1、使用时将杂质捕集小柱安装在梯度混合器和进样器之间，请确保小柱安装在进样器之前，如果安装在进样器之后，会对样品有强烈的吸附作用。

2、新柱请使用80%甲醇水冲洗 Ghost rid-off Column 杂质捕集小柱 1ml/min 流速 20 分钟后再连接设备使用。

3、并不是所有的杂质都可以被 Ghost rid-off Column 吸附。

4、流动相中如果使用离子对试剂时，可能会吸附离子对试剂进而影响目标物的保留时间或者峰型，这一类的流动相条件，请根据色谱效果而定是否使用该小柱。

5、Ghost rid-off Column寿命与色谱分析条件、流动相品牌及其纯度有关，如捕集效果变差后，建议及时更换，并不是连接上以后可以无限次使用。

6、Ghost rid-off Column 作为仪器的一个净化小部件，相当于仪器上的在线过滤器，只是在线过滤器只能过滤固体颗粒物，而它不仅仅过滤固体颗粒物，还能净化系统中的有机污染物，对仪器和色谱柱是更好的保护。

7、使用缓冲盐流动相前后注意使用高比例的水进行过渡冲洗，避免缓冲盐析出，导致填料堵塞。

8、当发现小柱捕集效果不太理想时，可尝试用100%乙腈冲洗小柱，小柱出口端不要连接入仪器。

Ghost rid-off Column impurity trapping column

Impurity trapping column can effectively remove impurities in mobile phase and completely eliminate ghost peaks, thus greatly shortening the time of method verification and analysis of trace and trace substances.

Especially for drug analysis and research personnel, the Ghost rid-off Column impurity trapping column is your essential artifact to eliminate ghost peaks.

Installation method:

The ghost peak removal column is stored in pure methanol. Before use, it should be washed with pure methanol at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min for 20 minutes. (Note: do not connect the chromatographic column and detector for washing) After washing, remove the column, and connect it between the mixer and the sampler according to the installation position shown above.

The main feature of Ghost rid-off Column impurity trapping column is that it can remove impurities from solvents, including organic solvents. In the gradient analysis of reversed-phase chromatography, installing a small column between the gradient mixer and the automatic sampler can not only remove impurities in the mobile phase, but also effectively remove impurities in the pipeline and mixer.

Service life:

After 600 analyses, there is still no ghost peak. The experimental results show that the trapping column can stably adsorb impurities and has sufficient loading capacity for multiple analyses.

Description:

The actual service life of the product varies according to the analysis conditions, such as the different mobile phases used, and not all impurities can be removed.

After the product is connected to the junction of gradient mixer or pump, there will be a delay volume equal to the column volume in gradient analysis, and almost all brands of liquid instruments can use this product.

When mass spectrometry is used as a detector, the product may be slightly dissolved and cause baseline noise. If the ion pair reagent is used in the analysis, the product may adsorb the ion pair reagent and affect the retention time or peak type of the components.

Before connecting the analytical column, be sure to thoroughly flush the pipeline connecting the product with mobile phase (close to the final concentration in gradient analysis).
