Installation method:
The ghost peak removal column is stored in pure methanol. Before use, it should be washed with pure methanol at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min for 20 minutes. (Note: do not connect the chromatographic column and detector for washing) After washing, remove the column, and connect it between the mixer and the sampler according to the installation position shown above.

In the gradient analysis of reversed-phase chromatography, installing a small column between the gradient mixer and the automatic sampler can not only remove impurities in the mobile phase, but also effectively remove impurities in the pipeline and mixer.

After the product is connected to the junction of gradient mixer or pump, there will be a delay volume equal to the column volume in gradient analysis, and almost all brands of liquid instruments can use this product.
When mass spectrometry is used as a detector, the product may be slightly dissolved and cause baseline noise. If the ion pair reagent is used in the analysis, the product may adsorb the ion pair reagent and affect the retention time or peak type of the components.
Before connecting the analytical column, be sure to thoroughly flush the pipeline connecting the product with mobile phase (close to the final concentration in gradient analysis).
